Refunds

Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

By purchasing digital content, you agree to immediate access and waive your 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Coaching services are subject to separate cancellation terms.

We do not guarantee specific financial results.

Outcomes depend on individual effort and external circumstances.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or service.

Client Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if a client engages in abusive, threatening, defamatory or inappropriate behaviour.
